THE CLIENT MUST READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
AS SUCH, BY COMMISSIONING THE ARTIST, THE CLIENT AGREES TO ALL THESE TERMS.Please keep these in mind before placing an order.

CANCELLED? REFUSAL?
• I hold the right to refuse a commission if I feel like I can't produce a satisfactory artwork for the client.
• The artist has the right to refuse/cancel your commission and/or refund a commission at any time due to poor communication, rude, or inappropriate behavior or inability to communicate in a way that we can both understand.
• The artist must not be rushed. Just like every other person, they have a life and other preoccupations. You will be warned if there's unforeseen circumstances and an estimate can be given.
• The client reserves the right of requesting a refund if it took over 6 months to complete without notices nor updates.USE & CREDITS
• The artist keeps the rights on their creation.
• The art that I produce should be properly credited and not claimed as the customer's own work.
• The art that I produce shall not be used for any commercial use. Only for personal use, unless we had a prior understanding.
• If the client wants their commission to be private/hidden, the client must inform the artist.
• The client must not edit/reproduce/trace the artwork without the artist's permission.PROCESS
• The client must provide clear references. If some elements are incorrectly drawn due to references being not clear, it is not the artist's fault.
• The client will be contacted at least twice with major updated progress. This is to ensure that the client is satisfied and is aware of the progress made.
• Every update will be watermarked.PAYMENT & CHANGES
• The artist must get at least half the payment when both parties agree that the sketch is good. There won't be more progress on the commission until some kind of payment is made.
• After the sketch is shown and both parties agrees, there will be NO major changes after this. If there is, fees will be applied.
• The artist holds the right to refuse to make any change after the commission is 100% completed and approved by the client. Once the original files are sent, the client will not be able to request ANY change. It will be final.
